Lead me on

A railway track in the middle of the country with a bizarre bridge across the tracks. I walked up to the bridge because I wanted to cross it, but in order to get to it I had to walk down the tracks and or through a huge farmers field. I wonder if it's there for the farmer to use because I wasn't able to go up it. It had two ramps on either side and both sides had a door that was closed and locked.

I thought it was an interesting subject.
